I offer online and phone based computer support and advice for all computers. If I can't fix it, I don't charge you.

My best areas are Windows XP, Windows 95/98/ME, and most products that run on those operating systems. I offer more limited support to Windows Vista and Linux based systems and very limited support to Macintosh systems.

My method involves phone support to assist you in fixing the problem yourself, or if an internet connection is available remote desktop support where I control your computer for you until the problem is resolved. Remote desktop support is as secure as it can be, you initiate the session and can terminate it whenever you wish.

I have tinkered with computers since I was 12. I was one of "those computer geeks" from that point on through high school. I have been "the computer guy" for...well, anyone and everyone for the last 16 years.
